TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All pieces are handmade and will take approximately three weeks to be made and delivered.

 If you require an item sooner then this please contact us prior to ordering, otherwise we cannot guarantee that we will get the item to you in time.

POSTAGE AND PACKING

Items over £30 are sent by special delivery, items below £30 are sent by recorded delivery.


 All tiaras are packed in acid free tissue paper in a clear presentation box. Jewelery is packed in black presentation boxes. Gift wrapping and cards can be supplied on request.

 PAYMENT

Items can be paid for by Paypal, credit card, cheque or postal order.

ORDERING

All items are made as per the photo on the Honey V website, allowing for the nature of handmade items. You may change colours in the drop down menus. If you would like to order a bespoke item please contact us to discuss your requirements.
